Most Rev. Dr. T. Sagayaraj, Bishop of Thanjavur, is the founder of the “We Are Carlos Association”, a pious movement dedicated to the teenagers of the Diocese of Thanjavur. From the very first day of his episcopal consecration, Bishop Sagayaraj has rooted his ministry deeply in the fields of education and youth empowerment.
