In a culturally rich and religiously diverse India, many Catholic teens often find themselves navigating a space “in-between” — balancing Indian traditions with their Christian identity. Alongside this, they face mounting academic pressure, social expectations, and the overwhelming presence of social media. These forces can leave teens feeling anxious, uncertain, or inadequate.
They also confront real and complex moral challenges related to relationships, justice, honesty, sexuality, and ambition.
His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. T. Sagayaraj believes that the spirituality of Blessed Carlo Acutis offers teens a grounded yet compassionate compass. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, Blessed Carlo’s life shows that deep faith can coexist with modern life — without being rigid or judgmental.
